The Estate of Francis Bacon cares for the legacy of Francis Bacon through copyright and trademarks, the archiving and publication of information on the artist and the support of a variety of exhibitions, films, books and scholarly research into the painter and his times. The Estate published Francis Bacon: Catalogue Raisonné in 2016 and continues to provide an ever-expanding fund of information on Bacon’s art and life on its website.
DUBLIN CITY GALLERY THE HUGH LANE
Since 2001, the reconstruction of Francis Bacon's Reece Mews studio has been on public display at Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane. The studio's contents offer a valuable resource for scholars and art historians interested in Bacon studies.
Tate holds a large collection of works by Francis Bacon as well as major archives related to the British artist.
